3 months agoThe girl at the reception extremely rude and arrogant like she pays you not vice versa. We pay for the services. After so many negative reviews she is still there. I told her that the wax they use is not good as doesn’t have a good grip for shorter hair, which other waxes has, it’s not my first time. She said very arrogant “It’s the hair not the wax” . Well it’s your attitude that you lose customers and you don’t have basic customer service skills. As well inside the room there are no towels. Never ever coming back. Are plenty of salons that treat their customers better:
