in the last weekAwful! Worst haircut ever! Everything is uneven. Emily would not listen and just insisted she’s a professional… sorry but I know my hair better than anyone else. My head, my money, my hair… I should be able to have a voice. She was so defensive… it was all about peddling products I have never heard of before. The defused was an oven over my head that gave me an instant headache. They force you to write a review while they are standing on top of you. Never go back! My hair has been butchered and it’s going to take over a year to grow out this uneven mess! Different choppy lengths on different sides! Avoid at all costs!
