The technicians were unprofessional They did not seem to know how to use the laser equipment correctly, and when I requested that the laser head be changed, they repeatedly claimed it had only been “cleaned.” The clinic advertised using both Deka and Candela devices, but Deka was “under maintenance” for the entire duration of my sessions, leaving me with no choice. The package I purchased was promoted as including unlimited sessions or at least a guaranteed retouch after six sessions, but after my sixth one, they refused to provide any retouch session at all. Overall, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and the service felt like a complete waste of money. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Their attitude is rude and careless, with absolutely no sense of professionalism or respect toward patients. The offers and promotions they advertise are completely misleading and not genuine at all. Once you go for the first session, everything changes. They stop responding, ignore follow-ups, and make it extremely difficult to book or even discuss the remaining sessions that you already paid for. There is a clear lack of organization, transparency, and ethical behavior. Customer service is almost non-existent, and you constantly feel like you’re being brushed off rather than cared for. I would strongly not recommend this clinic to anyone. Think twice before trusting them with your money or your treatment.
