I am disappointed with how my package was handled. While the clinic repeatedly hides behind “non-refundable” terms, the reality is that the remaining sessions could not be reasonably completed due to the clinic’s own operational decisions and imposed end date. Clients were informed late, during the holiday period, that treatments must be completed within a very limited timeframe aligned with the clinic’s internal changes. Despite communicating my unavailability in January, I was still expected to adjust entirely to the clinic’s convenience or forfeit the remaining value of my package. Extending validity alone is not a fair solution when the service itself cannot be reasonably delivered. Labeling this as “goodwill” shifts responsibility to the client for circumstances beyond their control. This experience reflects poor communication, lack of flexibility, and an unfair approach to client service. I would advise future clients to be very cautious when purchasing packages, especially if circumstances change.
