2 months agoThis was honestly one of the worst clinic experiences I’ve ever had. I went in for a non-invasive laser treatment, and it was done so poorly that I ended up burnt. It was clear the specialist did not know how to use the laser properly, and their attempt to “fix it” only made things worse. I left feeling sad, stressed, and genuinely disturbed by what happened. To make it even worse, the specialist came 1.5 hours late with no apology or explanation. And regarding the price — this is now the second time the clinic lies about the cost. They charged me for something that was never discussed or agreed on during the phone call. This kind of behavior is misleading, unprofessional, and unacceptable. The whole experience showed zero respect for my time, trust, or wellbeing. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
