From the initial colour consultation to the final look, everything was handled with so much care, attention to detail, and professionalism. The balayage turned out absolutely perfect, exactly what I was hoping for and beautifully done. What really stood out to me was how gentle, kind, and attentive the entire team was throughout every step. You can truly feel the care they put into their work. The whole experience felt more like a spa day than just a salon visit.
