I had a truly positive experience with The LightHouse Arabia. The environment is warm, welcoming, and deeply professional. From the first interaction, I felt heard and supported. The therapists are compassionate, highly qualified, and genuinely committed to helping people heal and grow. I appreciated the focus on emotional well-being, the respect for privacy, and the wide range of services offered, from individual therapy to workshops. I would highly recommend LightHouse Arabia to anyone seeking mental health support in a safe, understanding, and empowering space.

Anna was professional, kind, and created a supportive space for discussion. The topic was incredibly interesting and important, and we truly appreciated the opportunity to explore it with her guidance.

Unfortunately, our experience with Lighthouse Arabia was very disappointing. From the very beginning, it felt like the focus was more on money than on truly supporting the client — in this case, our child and our family. We were quoted a certain amount for a full assessment for our child. However, they later informed us that the allotted time was not enough, and the assessment was not completed as promised within the original timeframe. We had already paid thousands of dirhams, yet they asked for an additional session — which came with an extra charge. When it came time to review the assessment, the review session was scheduled for just 45 minutes. That’s barely enough to go over a 100+ page report, especially one that cost over 7,000 AED. My husband was 10 minutes late to the session, and while we understand time is time, those minutes were simply deducted without any flexibility or consideration. Overall, we found the process unprofessional, rigid, and frankly, lacking in respect and care. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Lighthouse Arabia for child assessments.

Terrible experience with Rim, under experienced psychologist who isn’t aware how to assist patients and uses outdated methods and techniques. After explaining a concern, her response was, “so how are you?” I can never forget how ridiculous and outrageous this was. Her approach was embarrassing.

Attended a Wellness Webinar with Dr Robert Chandler on Values in Action and just a 1hour session brought so much meaning and value to a new way of thinking for me. I will most definitely be attending more and more of these valuable sessions in future. Recommended to ALL
