Hi it's Yasir here I just want to share my opinion about hair transplant I was very scared and worried to choose to best trusted clinic for this but finally I got this clinic the service and the staff everything very good . And I'm happy with the results as well

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience: I visited this clinic for tattoo removal and facial treatments. For tattoo removal, I was advised to take 3 sessions at 1250 AED each, with promises of visible results — but there was absolutely no improvement. Later, I was advised to take 7 more sessions with no clear direction, which felt like a money-making cycle. Facial treatments were even more overpriced — 3000 AED per session (plus VAT and expensive creams), with only temporary skin smoothness and no improvement in scars or pores. What’s most alarming is that instead of addressing my concerns professionally or acknowledging the failed treatment results, the clinic sent me a threatening email in response to my review. This kind of intimidation towards a dissatisfied client is not just unprofessional — it’s unacceptable and deeply concerning. Clinics should stand by their service, not silence genuine feedback through fear tactics. While the front desk staff were polite, it doesn’t make up for the overall experience. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before trusting this clinic.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated during my hair transplant. The doctor and her male assistant were not professional. They kept talking and joking about their colleagues, alcohol, and shisha during the procedure. They also did not show me how many grafts were implanted and did not allow me to take before and after pictures, while I saw other patients were allowed. Also, the driver who picked me up from Abu Dhabi was very rude. When I politely asked him to stop at a pharmacy for pain medicine, he refused and didn’t listen to me. This was not the experience I expected from your clinic. I hope you will look into this seriously. Giving One star rating also not waste.

I’ve been having “Hollywood” facials with Olimpia for several years now. The results of the regular facials have been exactly what I was looking for - my skin feel clean, clear and rejuvenated. Olimpia takes her time, answers any/all questions, and only recommends what you need. I also find it a very positive space - rather than tell me everything that is wrong/needs fixing with my skin, I feel the whole atmosphere is very positive and I don’t feel there is any sales pressure. The reception and clinic staff are also all lovely which makes it a welcoming environment.

Always is amazing my experience there in Cavallo Clinic. The staff is very professional I love to do my removal hair laser with Grace and Mrs Olympia is guarantee 💯.
