5 years agoAmazing pool with a fantastic view; clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful and professional staff and service. I love their menu, too: they serve the best coconut in Dubai and their hummus is my other favorite. Perfect spot for a relaxing day.

4 years agoThe receptionists of spa were not nice at all, the oils they used for massage had no smell. The jacuzzis didn’t had the water pressure nozzles! They didn’t even offer us a glass of water. And when we were in the jacuzzi they Interrupt our relaxation by following up about the payment. So unsatisfactory.

5 years agoNice relaxing atmosphere, much needed after full day in Dubai. The facilities at The Spa at Shangril-a are clean, well equipped and nicely arranged. Nice treatment rooms, decent steam room, sauna, jacuzzi (separate for men and women), gym might get busy during the weekend, relaxing outdoor pool and bar. Changing room facilities are well maintained. Staff very polite and friendly.
