Hair by Rojin

I moved to Dubai not long ago, and came across Rojin for a haircut. I’m really fussy with my hair and take a while to find someone that I trust, and I am so very happy I found Rojin, who gave me the best haircut as my hair is very thick and I wanted layers - the layers she did for me were so beautiful and it fell so effortlessly as my hair grew. I haven’t cut my hair since! Only now, I wanted to change my hair colour after being box dyed black for years - what drew me to her was her confidence and expertise in colour technique. I didn’t want to go too light and wanted a burgundy tint to the hair - I am so impressed and happy with the result and now only trust Rojin with my hair in Dubai! Also she is so sweet and friendly, and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend!

I have completed almost three months after dyeing my hair and with every wash my hair color gets better. I tried about five salons but by God, none of them fixed my hair the way I wanted. Other than this salon, the color didn't stick at all. Thank you so much for the great job. No one around me didn't ask me where I dyed it and no lady hesitated to give them the name of the salon because in addition to the great work, the environment of the salon is very comfortable. I have had many bad experiences with hair dyes at many different salons, I was scared to give any other salon a chance but thankfully I did. It’s the best salon I have ever been to, the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. The hairdresser herself is very talented and professional. She did my hair exactly like the photo and heard every concern that I had and was very understanding. I have completed three months and every time my hair color is getting even more beautiful. Will forever be recommending this salon, one of the best in not only the city but the whole country.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your salon. Unfortunately, my experience was far from professional and left me very dissatisfied. During the hair bleaching process, my hair was burned and badly damaged. After that, I was not given clear guidance on how to fix the situation. To prevent me from speaking out, I was offered a discount, a free treatment session, and a complimentary toner. While I appreciate the gesture, this does not make up for the damage that was done. Additionally, when I asked for the formula/number of the color used on my roots, I was told it could not be shared and that I would have to return to the salon for coloring. This contradicts what Rojin had previously assured me—that I could request the number at any time. The refusal to provide this information shows a lack of transparency and professionalism. The service I received was extremely poor, and the results were nothing like what is shown on your Instagram page. The photos there suggest high-quality results, but the reality was very disappointing. i spent 6hours in the salone I truly hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving both your services and your professionalism.
