I recently visited Natural Therapy – Natural House in Al-Bateen, Abu Dhabi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a peaceful, green, and beautifully serene environment that instantly made me feel relaxed and at ease. I had Hijama (cupping therapy) with Dr. Samira, and she was absolutely wonderful. Calm, professional, and highly knowledgeable — she took the time to explain everything and ensured I was comfortable throughout the session. I highly recommend her, especially for anyone dealing with chronic pain, fatigue, or looking to improve overall wellness. Hijama offers many benefits, including improved blood circulation, detoxification, pain relief, and stress reduction. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. I also experienced facial cupping for the first time, and it was amazing! The lady who performed the treatment was super helpful, kind, and very informative. She explained the process, its benefits, and made sure I felt completely comfortable. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterward. One of the hidden gems of the center is their salt room — a beautifully tranquil space that helps with breathing, relaxation, and overall detox. Just spending time there felt like a therapy on its own. The staff overall were incredibly friendly, supportive, and welcoming if Ms Mayasa is great. Her genuine care and positive energy made the visit even more special. If you’re in Abu Dhabi and looking for natural healing and self-care, I can’t recommend Natural House enough. It’s a true sanctuary for wellness and balance.

A classy place and the staff are very professional. To be honest, I have been dealing with them for years regarding massage and sauna services for men and women, in addition to the cupping that they do on specific days. If you suffer from any problem in any part of the body, the specialized doctors are there because there is a consultation before anything else.

I've been coming to House of Nature for years, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service. They’re always on time and stick to the appointment schedule, which I really appreciate. The two Thai therapists are incredibly skilled — their massages are consistently top-notch and deeply relaxing. You can never go wrong here if you're looking for quality. Highly recommended!
