I’ve been coming to Immortal Beauty Spa for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best spots for self-care and relaxation. Every visit leaves me more satisfied and happy with their outstanding services. Helen is truly the best lash technician I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly gentle, meticulous, and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect — I always leave feeling beautiful and refreshed. And if you’re looking for the ultimate massage experience, Dian is the one! Her hands work magic, and you’ll enjoy every single minute under her care. She’s simply amazing at what she does. And I can’t forget to mention Mei Mei, she’s always so helpful and accommodating when it comes to booking my appointments. She makes the whole process smooth and hassle-free, and I really appreciate her warm and friendly approach. It’s my birthday tomorrow and it’s a very nice treat for myself to get this special treatments from them. Highly recommend this place — consistent quality, professional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed!

The best place to do your eyelash and nails. Place is clean and staffs are professional. Especially Mei the receptionist who is always there to assist you of your needs and recommend you of what is the best treatment for you. I always come back. Just a tip: better to book in advanced as they’re very popular during weekends and holidays.

NEVER AGAIN. I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at this nail salon was unacceptable. It was my second time here even the first that I had booked appointment they were completely late, but the technician was really good. THIS TIME , The staff member named Memeima from Vietnam ( front young girl in reception with the super long hair )had a shockingly rude and unprofessional attitude from the moment we walked in about the change of our appointment . She was dismissive, impatient, and acted as though my presence was an inconvenience. I expect basic courtesy when I’m paying for a service, but instead I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. MUST KNOW, even when you can help at least you can be kind with a basic knowledge . There are plenty of salons that treat their customers with respect—sadly, this is not one of them. I will not be returning.

I’m very happy with the salon, i came here more than 1 year. the receptionist Ms. Mei is very friendly and helpful. highly recommend the nail artist Ms. Ann, she is very professional and kind, I’m every time come to her for my acrylic gel polish.
