4 months agoI visited Naturals for a Nanoplastia treatment, and while the salon itself is clean and looks professional, I was very disappointed with the service. During the ironing process, my skin was burned, and when I mentioned that it was painful, the staff simply said, “That’s expected—it’s just small hairs,” which I found dismissive and unprofessional. The stylist pulled my hair aggressively throughout the procedure, and even after repeatedly asking them to be gentle, they didn’t adjust their approach. It was an uncomfortable and painful experience. When I informed the receptionist while paying, she applied a cream and told me to come back if the burning continued. Honestly, this didn’t feel like a proper or professional response to a clear issue. More concerning is that no one took accountability or showed any intention to improve for future clients.
