I had such a wonderful experience at Skin Code and would genuinely like to thank the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service. A special thank you to Qais, Saba, Sara, and Sidra for being so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. You can truly feel the positive energy from the moment you walk in. And a very special thank you to Dr. Ithar for her professionalism, care, and the beautiful work she does. Her warm smile and positive attitude never go unnoticed, and she made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Skin Code team for the amazing service, attention to detail, and lovely atmosphere. I truly appreciated every little detail and I’m very happy with the results.

I had a very disappointing experience with my Botox treatment here, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. On my first visit, there were two doctors in the room: an experienced doctor and a much younger trainee. The doctor repeatedly insisted that the trainee should practice the Botox injections on my face. I clearly refused and specifically requested that the experienced doctor perform the treatment herself. Despite my refusal, I was repeatedly pressured to allow the trainee to do it. Eventually, the doctor accepted my decision and performed the injections herself. After the treatment, I was left with numerous bruises on my face, which was very upsetting. Two weeks later, I returned for the follow-up/retouch appointment. It was quite clear to me that the treatment needed adjustment, but the doctor insisted that no retouch was necessary and refused to perform one. This was extremely disappointing, particularly because I had returned specifically for the follow-up that is normally expected after Botox treatment. What concerned me most was being pressured to allow a trainee to perform a cosmetic procedure on my face when I had clearly said no. A patient should always be asked for their consent before a trainee performs any procedure on them, and their decision should be respected without pressure. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I have had with a cosmetic treatment. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with both the treatment experience and the way my concerns were handled afterward. I will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage the clinic to reconsider how patient consent, trainee involvement, and follow-up concerns are handled.

Everything is perfect. The staff are top-notch in terms of reception, service, and results. I've been with them for a long time and I wouldn't choose anyone else. ❤️❤️

The center is very well-organized, their offers are amazing, and the staff are sophisticated and classy. Mirna and Lynn, who administer the laser sessions, are fantastic and their work is top-notch. I highly recommend them and I don't regret choosing them.
