in the last weekI called today at 10:40 AM and the lady at the call center picked up the call and dropped it. When I called again, she was about to drop the call once more. I asked her why the call was being dropped, and she said that someone would call me back. I don’t understand why someone needs to call me back when I was already on the line. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and it needs improvement.

The dermatologist was highly knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain the entire procedure in detail. The treatment itself was comfortable, and I felt well cared for throughout the process. I have already noticed visible improvement in my hair growth, which I am very pleased with. The clinic maintains excellent hygiene standards, and the entire process was handled with great care and precision. Special thanks to Dr. Mouza for her guidance and expertise, and appreciation to the entire staff for being so helpful and supportive. I am very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering PRP therapy.
