Have one of the worst experience in this dental clinique with doctor Elizaveta. Dental date quote one price but after treatment charge twice more.

Instagram promoted clinic, where premium are only location and price. Terrible experience with aligners treatment started on February 2025. The clinic advertises personalized care — no enamel reduction, aligners printed every 3 months only based on check-ups — but it’s all false advertising. Dr. Liliia, who was supposed to supervise my treatment, only met me a few times to install the aligners and for the first check-up. All other procedures were done by other doctors due to her lack of availability or experience, and they couldn’t answer my questions or explain the treatment progress properly. No one explained what “elastics” meant that it will require mini-screws which would be drilled into my mouth, causing inflammation and falling every week for the first three months. Second check-up, I was told that they will do enamel reduction for this and next check-ups, by the way, all aligners were printed at once, not individually as promised, but they will give it to you partially at supervision visits. To book appointment for supervision, even with one month notice, still impossible with Dr Liliia (you should be aware she is not in Dubai during the summer and seems not even during the whole year, she claimed that our schedules don’t match even she has all my supervisions for next 1,5 years treatment). Extremely careless, disorganized, and absolutely not worth the high price ( I paid 40k for Russian aligners). Avoid this clinic if you expect real professional treatment.

Over this time, I went through a lot with the team — extractions, micro-screws, cavity treatments, and more — and in every situation, they showed true professionalism, care, and attention to detail. I have successfully completed my braces treatment with Dental Date — after they agreed to take over and correct the work of another orthodontist. They literally saved me from unnecessary extraction of healthy premolars and achieved an amazing result that I can truly be proud of. I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend Dental Date!

Dr Mariya was very accommodating and very professional . She did hygiene cleaning for my teeth, there was zero discomfort and my teeth looked brighter right away.
