Great first experience Dr Azeez was excellent, was very patient in dealing with me being a nervous patient. Assessed the damage to my tooth and fixed it without any pain. Will definitely return to this dentist.

I’m honestly very disappointed with how this clinic handle there appointments. They only have one doctor for braces, and she’s available just one week per month sometimes she doesn’t show up at all for the entire month! If you miss an appointment, the next available one is two months later from your last appointment, which is ridiculous. Today, I had an appointment at 1:45 PM. I arrived on time and they even called me 30 minutes before to confirm which I did. But to my surprise when I got there they let someone else in before me even though I was already present and waiting! I ended up sitting there for 15 minutes and when I asked I was told the doctor was still working on that patient. This isn’t the first time something like this happens I’ve already complained before about it. That’s it for me. I’m done. I’m moving to another clinic.

I visited Sparkle for my check after experience from toothache. I would like to dedicate many thanks to Dr Riham. Dr Riham was very gentle and knowledgeable. Im truly satisfied with the service at Sparkle. Highly recommended dental in Abu Dhabi and will definitely come again. Thanks again Dr Riham n staffs.

We explicitly asked to do a regulary checkup with our insurance. Before the checkup cleaning was insisted and nobody told us it was not covered. They wanted us to pay 500AED for a 10m cleaning. Afterwards the doctor vanished. Saying sorry does not solve this unfair customer service, I do not recommend this place, avoid! Very unfair.
