3 months agoVery Disappointed — Unprofessional and Careless Treatment I deeply regret taking my son to this clinic. His experience with Dr. Banna was terrible — he was aggressive, disrespectful, and treated my son harshly, even yelling at him when a bracket broke, despite us returning with payment. No child should be made to feel scared during a dental visit. After switching to Dr. Salas, the experience unfortunately did not improve. She was careless with my son’s treatment, ignored his poor oral hygiene without giving any guidance, and failed to address developing gingivitis. Worst of all, she made his top teeth shorter and the final result looked awful. No attention was paid to aesthetics or long-term oral health — only rushing treatment for money. This clinic clearly prioritizes profit over patient care. They showed no empathy, no professionalism, and no accountability. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially for children.

My anxiety was through the roof during my scale and polish, but they were so kind, reassuring, and patient with me. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable, and honestly, it didn’t hurt at all. If you’re nervous about the dentist, this is the place to go. Thank you for such a positive experience.
