My family and I are patient at KINGS DENTAL CENTRE. I am totally satisfied with their service that we got from them. They have a very experienced doctors Where they provide you the right medical advice in your case of the visit. In addition, the customer service are super supportive, where they do have a quick communication skills and response towards my inquiries of booking an appointment in a timely fashion. Hi , I visited kings - dental centre in karama with a lot of pain in my tooth and was given a free consultation by Dr Majida , she thoroughly checked my teeth and give a good advice and explained in detail the pros and cons. As I had to extract my tooth , I thought it would be very painful for me , but I was so happy that she did it very gently and without much pain, She made me feel easy and relaxed. Even after the extraction, she followed with me to know how I was felling and advice me on medication. I feel she is doing a fabulous job,and I had a good experience with Dr. Majida from kings dental centre. I highly recommend to visit her for any dental treatment. That once again Dr. Majida .

I broke my tooth and was on the verge of losing it, but I was very fortunate to visit Kings Clinic and be treated by Dr. Shammer—he literally saved my tooth. The entire experience was excellent. Appointments were well-organized, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The reception team is especially kind and helpful. Prices are also very reasonable. Worst Dental Experience – Avoid This Clinic at All Costs I had one of the most frustrating and damaging experiences at this dental clinic. I went in to fix my teeth with braces, but instead of progress, my condition got worse. After 14 months of treatment, not only did I not see improvement, but my braces made things worse. My upper teeth moved backward, and the lower teeth became more forward, completely messing up my bite and appearance. This was clearly due to negligence and unprofessional treatment by the doctor in charge. I trusted their expertise, but they failed me in every possible way. Until now, I'm still struggling with the damage caused by their mistakes and haven’t been able to complete or remove the braces because of the complications they caused. I demand a full refund for the 14 months I paid for this failed treatment. This is not just poor service, it’s malpractice. I urge anyone considering this clinic: do your research and go elsewhere. Don’t risk your health, time, and money like I did.
