2 weeks agoMisleading ads!! I booked after seeing their offer, but ended up canceling once I understood how it actually works. The price they advertise doesn’t include jewelry, which isn’t clearly explained. Obviously no one is getting a piercing without jewelry, so you end up paying more anyway depending on what you choose (with basic jewelry 150) When I asked about it, I was told it’s just marketing to attract clients… which says enough. Not transparent at all.

As a woman of color the laser tech Mary made sure that the frequency was right for melanated skin, so that I didn’t experience any skin irritation or burning. She was absolutely amazing. The reception staff is lovely as well!! 10/10 recommend!
