My sincere appreciation to Medoor Clinic and Dr. Fibina Abdul Vahab. Actually, I visited the clinic for dental treatment because a tooth filling I had done in Kerala around six months ago had come out, and it started causing severe pain. I consulted Dr. Fibina, and within one week, she made me feel completely comfortable with her excellent treatment and filling work. Now I am very happy and satisfied with the result. Thank you, Dr. Fibina. God bless you, and may your career continue to shine more and more. I would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Sachin (Sr.Business Development Executive) who was handling us. I know him personally, but I must say the way he handles patients and clients is excellent. He knows very well how to take care of people professionally. Normally, I go to Ahalia, but this time, because of him, I visited Medoor Clinic, and my experience was fresh, comfortable, and very satisfying. Thanks, Sachin. At 10:54 p.m. on April 29, I called your office and mentioned that I was experiencing kidney pain. You scheduled an appointment for me for 8:00 a.m. the next morning and told me to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived at the scheduled time and went to the 8th floor, but the front desk there didn’t ask what I was there for; they just asked for my EID. I then went to Room 819 to check in and get weighed, after which a nurse told me that the 8th floor is for orthopedics and that the nephrology department is on the 3rd floor. I was then told to go to the 3rd floor and that I could go directly to see Deepak Sukumara at 9:50 a.m. However, when I arrived on the 3rd floor, I waited until 9:50 a.m. to schedule both a walk-in and an appointment. I assumed that once the appointment was booked, I could go in, and the front desk told me I could wait there. When I waited until 10:00, Dr. Deepak Sukumara arrived, and his secretary told me I had to wait until the two people ahead of me were finished before I could go in. But after those two were done, she said I had to wait for the third person, then the fourth. I waited until 11:41, and it still wasn’t my turn. I don’t understand why promises can be broken so easily, or why there are such incompetent people. I will file a complaint here, and I will also submit another complaint to the official medical authorities in Abu Dhabi.
