It’s hard to believe that our family has been seeing Dr. Basem for the past 10 years. As we’re preparing to leave Abu Dhabi in a month, I’ve been reflecting on all the wonderful people who have been part of our journey here, and I realized I had never taken the time to write the review that Dr. Basem truly deserves. I am writing to express my concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had with your receptionist today. While I was speaking on the phone, the receptionist behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. Before I could finish explaining my concern or receive a proper response, she abruptly disconnected the call. This behavior was discourteous and left me feeling disrespected as a person. I understand that staff may be busy at times, but basic courtesy and professionalism should always be maintained. I hope you will look into this matter and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future
