While I was speaking on the phone, the receptionist behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. Before I could finish explaining my concern or receive a proper response, she abruptly disconnected the call. This behavior was discourteous and left me feeling disrespected as a person. I understand that staff may be busy at times, but basic courtesy and professionalism should always be maintained.
