I discovered Firstdent Dental on Facebook when I really needed dental care. I booked an appointment and underwent a root canal treatment. Dr. Eric and his assistant were very professional, providing me with all the information I needed about my dental issue. The receptionist was also excellent, managing the scheduling from my first appointment to my last. However, I was disappointed with the staff at the Chain Holding building. The watchmen were rude and harassed visitors who sat in the lobby. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it can be quite annoying to encounter them every time I return to your dental clinic.
