I must say the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and well-organized. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful with appointment scheduling and follow-ups. Doctor and their team were highly professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care they took to ensure the crown matched the color and shape of my natural teeth. The fitting was smooth, and I experienced minimal discomfort. The crown feels secure, and the bite adjustment was done very precisely. It’s now been a few days, and the crown feels just like a natural tooth—no pain, no issues. Overall, I highly recommend Downtown Healthcare Abu Dhabi for anyone needing dental crowns. Great service, skilled doctors, and a friendly, professional staff make this place stand out.

I had an amazing experience at the clinic! Ms. Sally did an outstanding job removing my braces and followed it up with a thorough cleaning and whitening treatment. She was gentle, professional, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality dental care and excellent service. Dr. Antheline is doing a very bad job. I do not recommend this clinic at all. They are deceitful and liars in their prices. Deep cleaning with braces tightening before booking was 99. When I arrived at the center, its price changed to 150. I agreed to that. She told me no, the price is 200 dirhams. This is all from Dr. Antheline. The girl at the reception is wonderful and her treatment is good, but the doctor is very bad in her treatment.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at Downtown Medical Centre was shocking. I booked a cleaning and scaling appointment for myself and my husband, and whitening for myself. Despite confirming with the dentist three times when I got into the room that we’d be doing a cleaning and scaling, she jumped straight into whitening without explaining a thing. I clearly stated that my teeth are extremely sensitive, this was completely ignored. I can’t even tell you the name of the dentist because she didn’t introduce herself! Throughout the procedure, I was left to hold the suction pipe myself, the assistant didn’t assist at all. No one checked on me during the entire process to ask if I was okay. No scaling or polishing was done, yet they attempted to charge me for it until I pointed it out. Immediately after the whitening, I developed painful lip and gum blisters. Today, the inside of my lips is raw and blistered from what I can only assume was a lack of proper precautions. I was in agony the entire day and even developed a fever from the pain. I’m struggling to eat, and despite taking multiple rounds of painkillers yesterday and today, I’m still experiencing severe tooth pain. I’ve had whitening done before, this has NEVER happened. To make matters worse, I booked this appointment for myself and my husband. After spending 1.5 hours in agony, I walked out to find he hadn’t even been seen yet. Despite their glowing reviews, I cannot recommend this place. What I experienced was careless, unprofessional, and borderline negligent. I will not be returning. Thankfully, I took photos of my lips and gums immediately after the whitening as well as today to monitor the blistering. I won’t post them here because it’s quite graphic. Let me be very clear - this is my first-hand experience, and I have every right to share it.

The doctor is not taking proper care of his patients. He only cares about money. I understand that it's his business, but he should be honest. He suggests expensive treatments even though they're not suitable for you, and his attitude towards his team is poor. I advise you not to go to this clinic. They don't even have an x-ray machine to check your condition properly before treatment, and they don't provide adequate care. I have attached pictures during my visits to prove that I'm a genuine patient and not fake as they have replied to me review instead of fixing themselves.
