in the last weekA place that should never be visited. Even though the doctor was polite, at the first sign of a problem, you see how rude everyone actually is. I had RF treatment done under the guarantee of a natural and best result. After three sessions, they told me to come back a week later for an injection. When I went, I thought the injection was a continuation of the RF treatment, but they told me it was a separate procedure called RS and made me pay 4,660 AED. I was literally forced to pay 4,660 AED for a procedure done without any prior price information. When I wanted to speak with the doctor to get a clarification, they made me wait and used intimidation tactics. The person dealing with me—I think his name was Ramo—behaved very rudely. He kept claiming they had informed me, so I asked for the CCTV footage, but they said there were no camera recordings. First, they marketed the highest package to me, and then, as if it were a continuation of the procedure, they performed another service and made me pay again. It is a place I am extremely dissatisfied with and will never recommend. Why would anyone want to get a second procedure when the first one didn't even show any benefit? Knowing this, they trick you and take your money in this way.

Everyone was really nice and welcoming, and the whole experience was easy and comfortable. The clinic is clean, the service is great, and I always feel comfortable when I’m there. When booking an appointment, they aren’t honest with the availability and would rather push their timing preference on you, when instead they should hear the customers timing availability and cater to their request as this is what you’d expect as a repeating customer or any other place that cares for the customer.
