The price was higher than what we had agreed on in our WhatsApp conversation, which was disappointing. I also felt that some of the treatment recommendations were pushed on me rather than explained and left for me to decide. I would have appreciated being given the time and freedom to make my own decision without feeling pressured. Overall, the experience wasn’t what I expected, and I hope the clinic can improve communication regarding pricing and ensure that patients feel comfortable making informed decisions about their treatments.(Dr. Pratyusha)

As a first-timer at the clinic, I was a bit nervous, but the whole visit turned out to be excellent. Dr. Pratyusha was wonderful! she took the time to explain what needed to be done for my teeth and recommended a deep cleaning, which made a huge difference. She was thorough and clearly cared about giving me the right treatment. I also want to give a big thank you to Ms. April at the front desk. As a walk-in and a first-time patient, I really appreciated how accommodating and welcoming she was — it made the whole process so much smoother. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience. I'll definitely be back!
