a month agoThe salon looks nice from the outside, but very disappointing inside. It feels outdated and poorly maintained. There’s an unpleasant smell, the kids’ car-style chairs are old and didn’t seem clean and visible signs of neglect. The washing station was messy and clearly not well cleaned. For the high prices they charge, the least one would expect is a clean and hygienic environment. Sadly, that’s not the case here. It’s clear that little to no effort is being made to reinvest in the upkeep of the space. I won’t even go into the overall experience—this place seems more focused on maximizing profit than delivering any real value or care to its customers. Would not recommend
