Unfortunately the worst service i've ever had

Honest Review for AIA Beauty (First-Time Client) I wanted to share my experience as a first-time client at AIA Beauty, especially because I purchased their promo package and expected the same quality of service as any other client. Lack of proper consultation - When I arrived, I was looking for the doctor to have my consultation. Instead, an older staff member—who seemed to be the head of the staff—handled it. I won’t mention name, but I was surprised that there was no doctor or even a professional consultant available at that time. Unsafe procedure and unprofessional behaviour - One of my sessions resulted in a burn on my skin due to the laser. I immediately complained, and although the staff member tried to amend and assured me it would be okay, I couldn’t ignore the fact that she seemed unfocused during the procedure. She was also taking phone calls—which I believe should be the receptionist’s responsibility. This felt very unprofessional and unsafe. Still, I gave the clinic another chance. Rushed service - Another session felt very rushed. The staff mentioned that a blogger/influencer was coming that day, and I could clearly see that the process was done more quickly than usual. I believe every paying client should be treated as a priority, and services should always be delivered with the same level of care, fairness, and respect. Unfair comments about my promo package - The staff also told me not to mention that I still had more sessions compared to the normal package because mine was a promo. I didn’t understand why this needed to be hidden. If the clinic offers a promo, clients should still receive fair, transparent, and equal service. I’m sharing this review because I don’t want other clients to experience the same issues. We all work hard for our money, and when we pay for a service—promo or not—it should be safe, professional, and handled with care.

The experience was underwhelming. As a first-time client, there was no doctor consultation to explain the HIFU procedure. When I asked about the machine brand, staff couldn’t provide an answer. I was also told to return only “if I’m not happy with the results,” which shows a lack of understanding — especially since HIFU shouldn’t be repeated unless it’s a superficial type. Overall, there seemed to be limited industry knowledge or proper guidance.
