a week agoI came in only for nails and a hair wash & blow-dry, yet during the appointment the staff insisted that my wefts needed to be lifted and reinstalled. This was done without any prices being communicated upfront. I was later charged AED 200 per weft line for removal and AED 250 per weft line for installation. I also only asked for purple shampoo, but was charged AED 200 for a “blondifier” treatment that was never properly explained. The final bill was AED 2,520. When I raised my concerns, no reasonable or fair solution was offered. With prices like this, transparency is the bare minimum. This experience felt misleading — I strongly advise others to go elsewhere

a week agoThe best salon in Dubai, without any hesitation. The service is extremely professional, everything is always perfect, and I leave every time feeling happy and fully satisfied. The staff is absolutely lovely, very caring and attentive from start to finish. You truly feel listened to, taken care of, and completely at ease. I recommend this salon two million percent 🥰🩷

2 weeks agoMy hair was done by Aref he’s good. However as my first time being there I don’t recommend anyone going there due to the fact that I’ve been treated in a very unprofessional and bad way by Celina ( receptionist) she called me a liar although she was the one playing around with appointment timings. Celina is so unprofessional and very rude, I don’t think she fits as a service provider nor sitting at the reception she makes people run away and dont want to have any service done there. She made the whole experience so bad and made me feel uncomfortable and mad. She ruins the brand image. I suggest she goes through trainings on how to speak and deal with people because apparently she doesn’t have any skills.
