a week agoThank you for your response of my previous review, since there is no option to reply for your comment I would like to share clarification. First of all I must clarify that the consultation was not provided properly. I was informed by the doctor that the skin reaction would subside within maximum 2–3 days. As of today, it has been 6 days since the laser tattoo removal procedure, and my condition has not improved. This outcome is not consistent with what was explained to me prior to the treatment and indicates that the consultation and expectations were not accurately communicated. Due to this situation and for health and safety reasons, I decided not to proceed with the remaining sessions. I requested a refund for the three sessions that were not performed. This request is reasonable, as no service was provided for these sessions. In addition, I sent an official written complaint via email to Adam and Eve management requesting a refund. To date, I have not received any response. The absence of any acknowledgment or reply is highly unprofessional. Holding payment for services that were not delivered is unacceptable and does not align with basic standards of professional or ethical practice. I am not disputing that one session was performed; my request strictly concerns the unused sessions. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and the refund for the unused sessions to be processed without further delay. I remain open to resolving this issue professionally and amicably.

a month agoI get my laser treatments done at this place and it’s really great. Shaima, the receptionist, is wonderful and always goes above and beyond to help clients. Jane, the laser technician, is extremely professional. The only downside is the parking, it’s always a hassle.

5 months agoI had my laser session (hair removal) at this clinic since last year, and I’m still amazed by the results! Even now, my hair hasn’t grown back, and I absolutely love the outcome. The staff was professional and the nurse (Philippine Lady), the service was excellent, and the results speak for themselves. This clinic truly delivers on its promises — highly recommended!
