in the last weekVery disappointing experience at Rubaab Salon. I went for keratin treatment but was pushed into cystine treatment without proper explanation. I trusted their advice, but the result was neither straight nor silky. 1st time they didn't do it well. 2nd time also they failed to fix. Later I found that cystine is not suitable for my thick hair — this was never explained. It feels like the treatment was suggested for commission, not based on my hair type. I was also not informed that bleach would be used. After my first wash, my hair color faded badly and bleach patches became visible, making my hair look uneven and awkward. I wasted four days, lost work time, and went through unnecessary stress. They only show success stories online but don’t take responsibility for failed results. Very unprofessional and misleading. I regret trusting them. Attached vedio is on my first wash result. Photo is on 2nd wash result. I don't even like to give 1 start since I spend huge money but not even sustainable for a week.
