Dr. Shiv is honestly the best orthodontist I have ever seen. I have had braces twice before, and surprisingly, neither of my previous orthodontists identified the bite issue that needed to be corrected, nor the issue affecting the nerves of my front teeth that was contributing to gum inflammation. Dr. Shiv identified both issues during my very first visit and took the time to explain everything to me in detail, including the different treatment options and the measures needed to address each concern. I was genuinely impressed by how much he cares about his patients. He never rushed the consultation; he carefully assessed and examined my teeth and gave me clear, well-explained options. Dr. Shiv is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and professional, and communication with him is very easy and comfortable. I had diamond ceramic braces placed one month ago, and I can already see a huge improvement in my teeth. The treatment has also been much more comfortable than my previous experiences with braces. I highly recommend Dr. Shiv to anyone looking for an orthodontist who is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also genuinely attentive to his patients and committed to finding the right treatment for them.
