9 months agoI called to make an appointment, and it was confirmed. Upon arriving at the center, security refused me entry because there was no parking. When I contacted the receptionist, she told me to wait and didn't apologize. I didn't like her attitude, her handling of the situation, or her unreliability with appointments. She told me not to confirm my appointment if there was no parking.
