a month agoThe doctor’s reputation and medical expertise are very good, but unfortunately, the administration and front desk staff create a negative impression. The way they respond to patients on the phone feels unprofessional and sometimes dismissive. Instead of helping, they often interfere in matters outside their role, and when there is an urgent medical case, they tend not to take it seriously. I believe the clinic could improve greatly if the administrative team received proper training on patient communication, empathy, and handling urgent situations more responsibly.

2 months agoDr. Maysoun is a pediatrician. My children love her a lot. May God reward her for her work and effort with them. Neither I nor my children feel comfortable except with her.
