Medical Village

I’ve been a long-standing client of Medical Village for over 4 years previously treated by a lovely lady, who no longer works there. On her recommendation, I booked with Jazzy. I had laser hair removal and Revlite laser bleaching done in two separate occasions , but few areas were missed during the initial sessions of laser . The reception team was professional and accommodating and scheduled a touch-up appointment with sufficient time allotted. Unfortunately, the experience with the technician during the retouch was extremely unprofessional. She appeared visibly unhappy about having to redo the work and made a rather unnecessary and inappropriate comment while I was entering the room, saying she was “surprised they even gave me an appointment since it’s been two weeks and that's a long gap.” The delay was due to appointment unavailability. Her attitude made the session uncomfortable and unwelcoming from the start. During the session, I repeatedly asked if she could check and go over areas again especially areas I cannot see, such as my back. Instead of doing a proper check, she responded disinterested, saying “if you want me to do it, I’ll do it,” as if it were my responsibility to point out missed areas. A technician should be checking thoroughly themselves, not relying on the client to guide them. While she may be technically skilled, there is no value in experience if basic etiquette and respectful communication with clients are lacking. Money is no object however , at any price point, substandard customer care is absolutely unacceptable. This is not something I ever experienced previously as a loyal client. I raised this with management and do not recommend this technician. If I ever return to Medical Village, it would perhaps be with someone else though this unpleasant experience at the start of the day has left a bitter taste.

So happy that I finally found a really good clinic for my laser tattoo removal. Dr. Irina is a true professional, she made me feel confident about the results, and the treatment itself was fast and much less painful than it usually is.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic and cannot recommend it enough. Dr. Hamid is truly one of the best dermatologists in the UAE. What sets him apart is his integrity and genuine care for patients. He is not money-driven at all; his priority is always to diagnose correctly, treat effectively, and genuinely help his patients feel better and more confident. I would also like to highlight Caroline, the nurse who performed my treatment. She is one of the kindest and most professional nurses I’ve ever met. She is extremely gentle, supportive, and compassionate, and she goes out of her way to comfort and reassure patients throughout the procedure. The entire medical team is outstanding , professional, caring, and highly attentive. You truly feel that you are in safe and capable hands from the moment you walk in. A clinic that genuinely puts patients first. Highly recommended.
