in the last weekأود أن أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير للدكتور جواد حمود تويج استشاري العظام والمفاصل في مركز لندن التخصصي على ماقدمه لي من رعاية طبية وتشخيص ومعالجة حالتي الصحية ومن ثم أخذ الموافقة على عدة جلسات للعلاج الطبيعي.. عتبي الشديد لإدارة مركز لندن التخصصي بضرورة متابعة مواعيد جلسات العلاج الطبيعي مع القسم المختص.. الموافقة من الضمان الصحي لم تتأخر أكثر من يومين . الغريب بالأمر قسم العلاج الطبيعي لم يتصل لولا اتصالي بهم بعد 5أيام .. طلبت من الدكتور تحويلي إلى المعالجة سناء ...اتصلت بالقسم عدة مرات ولمدة 5أيام أخرى ولم احصل على موعد يناسبني والذي تعودت عليه منذ سنوات الساعة 3عصراً اضطررت استبدال المعالجة إلى مريم ونفس الشيء ..يختاروا لي موعد لم يناسبني...علماً أنا صار لي 10أيام بعد زيارة الدكتور جواد ولم احصل على موعد الساعة 3عصرا لحد هذا التاريخ أناشد إدارة المركز النظر في طلبي.ومتابعة الأمر . سفيان عبدالمجيد ابراهيم 5/ 2 / 2026
