The salon stopped operating, services were not provided, and clients were not properly informed about the closure. Despite acknowledgment of an unused balance, a monetary refund has not been made. 3 weeks agoI’m shocked, the salon took deposit from me and now they’re closed and don’t answer. For two weeks nobody replying to my texts anywhere. I came to the salon to check by myself and it’s closed! Doors are looked, no lights inside, phone number turned off, nobody answering. I don’t know what to do, because they still have my money

2 months agoI had my color refreshed and my hair moisturized at Krasivo Project. The salon is beautiful and spacious, and you feel well-cared for from the moment you walk in. Angelica is a very warm and smiling specialist who took excellent care of my hair. She also speaks fluent Polish. I will definitely visit the salon again next time I'm in Dubai. I highly recommend it.
