a week agoI booked a service in advance. I needed makeup for an event. They confirmed my appointment and time. A couple of days later, it turns out the admin didn't accept my appointment, and the entire "sorry" window had already been sorted. So, they left me with just that "sorry" and that was it. They didn't even offer any solutions. Their customer focus is zero.
