a week agoI have received a gift voucher from the fitness center, and came for the body procedure in town center clinic, all the experience was off, starting from reception, the staff was rude and not welcoming, the doctor was rude and haven't bothered to explain the procedure, if you are not looking for new business, why you are inviting people?

a month agoTerrible service. The staff dont even pick up phones or respond to whatsapp messages. If you value your time, money or sanity, dont choose this place. and they prove this poor quality by sending a copy+paste message saying 'ohh we're sorry to hear this etc.' Such a dissapointment.

a month agobad experience. my appointment is booked at 12pm didn't start till 12:10pm. when i called to book the appointment, call center wasn't clear with prices nor with types of facials offered. So when i arrived they booked me a random facial, i didn't have the choice to change as they have to activate the machines prior to procedures. Bad experience won't recommend to my friends nor family. Even the receptionist was unfriendly. Last time dealing with them.!

a month agoI am deeply disappointed with the customer service and overall treatment I received during my recent laser hair removal session. The therapist was not on time with the treatment, which already set a very unprofessional tone for the appointment. My appointment was booked 2 weeks in advance and when I arrived the laser machine was still off and nothing was prepared and ready for my arrival and treatment. During the session, the experience only got worse. She kept stopping the laser to shave, which made the treatment feel disjointed, uncomfortable, and far from the smooth, efficient process it should have been. By the end of the appointment, there was still plenty of hair left, which is completely unacceptable after a paid laser session. I couldn’t believe it when I arrived home that see all the hair still left 🫣 The lack of attention to detail, the poor time management, and the overall quality of the treatment were extremely disappointing. I expect professionalism, consistency, and results—none of which were delivered. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place based on my experience. Kaya Clinic use to be a reputable clinic, but the past year I regretted every single time I came back to this Clinic.
