3 weeks agoПеред Новым Годом салон настаивал на предоплате, гарантирующий посещение салона из-за высокой загруженности перед праздниками. К сожалению, гарантию качества и оказании услуг салон не обещал В день, когда мне должны были оказать 4 услуги, сделано было всего 3 так как мастеру по бровям было, цитирую: «не комфортно выполнять услугу» во время того, когда мне делали волосы. Удивительно, ведь еще месяц назад всем все было комфортно и все было сделано одновременно. Я попробовала пере записаться на что мне было сказано, что у мастера полная запись до НГ и на месте решить ничего не могут, только в случае отмены одного из клиентов. К сожалению к качеству оказанных услуг тоже есть вопросы так как ногти не продержались и неделю. Вариант только снова ехать к ним и переделывать, если их мастерам будет комфортно
