I recently had a carbon peel treatment with soumya. procedure was quick, painless, and left my skin feeling smoother and brighter. The staff was professional and explained every step, which made me feel comfortable throughout the session. Highly recommend!

Very horrible experience. The staff at FMC requested a 500 dhs + fee in order to book a slot with Dr Costi. This makes sense as the doctor is supposed to be a well known and famous doctor. I had booked for a 4 pm slot and had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes ( even with this wait I still did not see Dr Costi) When I asked the staff for the delay they said “this is normal as Dr Costi always makes his patients wait”. 1. Why is a fee of 500+ dhs requested for a booking if the dr won’t even see you at the time that you booked for? 2. The excuses that Dr Costi does this to everyone is honestly ridiculous. 3. If Dr Costi does in fact leave his patients waiting for more than 1 hr and 30 minutes then they should inform every patient that is booking with FMC that there will be a wait of 1 hr+ despite paying 500+ dhs. Horrible experience, highly disorganized staff, and unprofessional attitude for such a high cost.

One of the few clinics I can personally recommend for derma, aesthetics and dental needs. Well experienced and professional aesthetic, dental doctors and a very accommodating and friendly nurses and staff in one roof.

I was very disappointed today, I had an appointment at the clinic with Dr. Costi at 4:30 and waited until 7pm and left without doing anything I wasted my time for nothing. They always make patients late. The service was very bad. They didn't even come to meet the patient or call him to inform him that the doctor will be late.

One week after Dr.costi injection , I paid around 15000 for nothing, they even make me pay cost of one new Botox vail (around2300 ) although they used pre-opened vail and used less than 20 unite to raise the Eyebrows , he injected 2points only .Its seems that the center Need to cover the cost ofDr cost from each one of us. I I don’t mind to pay such amount, but at least to see some changes , simply i did not like the center atmosphere from the reception unit cashier. And even Dr. work its not up to that level. Social media exaggerate.
