My therapist was highly skilled, attentive to my needs, and ensured that I felt completely relaxed throughout the session. The ambiance was perfect, with soothing music and a clean, well-maintained space. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely stress-free. a month agoI have welcomed by the very accomodating, friendly and formative Front Desk person named Jenipher. I am picky when it comes to spa , as i have to ensure that i am feel relaxed when aftee the treatment ( of course thats what we paid for- great service and the outcome) Jenipher had recommended me to take a back & shoulder massage to relief my back pains. Zai ( thai therapist) did it well. She removed all my colds and smothen my muscles tension. I love the massage oil she applied on my body, not greasy and absorbing quickly. The place is easily accessible within the wellness area at City Walk. It is best option to refresh after a long walk and tiring week. Highly recommend!

2 weeks agoI had a manual lymhatic dranage massage and it was great! Felt lightness in my whole body after and looked fresh, healthier like after a good rest! Good practise for health and mood! Atmosphere is truly relaxing and cozy.

4 months agoI had the most wonderful experience at SaltZen Spa in City Walk. The ambiance is cozy, peaceful, and beautifully designed — the perfect escape from the city’s buzz. I booked a deep tissue massage, and my therapist Zai was incredible! She was so skilled and attentive, working through every knot with just the right pressure. I walked out feeling completely renewed. Also, a special mention to the owner, who was so welcoming and genuinely sweet — her warm energy really adds a personal touch to the whole experience. This place is a true hidden gem. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and high-quality spa experience!
