Guerlain Spa at One&Only The Palm

We visited the spa and really enjoyed the experience — the place was clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up. I’ve always loved Guerlain, so I was really excited to visit. However, the only downside was the relaxation area with the steam room and sauna. It only fits about three people, which was inconvenient since we came as a group. We had to do our massages in shifts, and there were also other guests wanting to use the space, so we couldn’t fully relax or enjoy that part of the experience.

I had the best 60 minutes full body massage! The place is amazing and the technician is so much professional. I will definitely give it a second try with other services.

This was an absolutely beautiful place. The staff were super friendly and the masseuse were extremely skilled. We were greeted by the reception with some welcome drinks which was delicious. Afterwards we were led to the facilities area which we had to reserve in advance. We have the entire facilities to ourselves so the privacy was very welcomed. Afterwards we had our actual massages and it started with a foot massage followed by a hot stone full body massage. The massage has left me feeling refreshed and re-energise, the perfect way to finish off my Dubai holiday. The one and only palm island also is a luxury paradise. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were taken back by the beauty of the entire place. I would recommend this to anyone and I think next time I visit Dubai I’ll be staying at this hotel itself.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my wife had at the Guerlain Spa at One&Only The Palm. I had purchased a gift massage certificate for her, and she contacted the spa on 31st December 2024 at 12:46 PM to book her session. The staff confirmed her appointment for 3rd January 2025 at 6:00 PM, but when she arrived, they claimed to have no record of her reservation. The situation was handled poorly, and the overall experience was far below the standards expected of such a prestigious spa: 1. She was left waiting at the reception for an extended period without being offered even basic hospitality, such as water or juice. 2. Other guests arriving after her were treated much better, which only added to her frustration. 3. In an attempt to “fix” the situation, the staff told her they would bring a mattress from the store and arrange for her massage in a spare room. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable for an establishment of this caliber. This was a highly disappointing and upsetting experience for her, and it completely ruined the thoughtful gesture I had intended. I strongly urge the management to: • Check the call logs from 31st December 2024 to identify who confirmed her reservation. • Take accountability for this mismanagement. Such poor service is unacceptable, and I hope others think twice before booking here. I am requesting a full refund for the gift certificate or an appropriate resolution. This experience has left a lasting negative impression on what is supposed to be a luxury spa. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure no one else has to endure such a disappointing experience.
