Garden Oasis Wellness Spa

Not recommended! I just had a full body (Relaxing) massage at Garden Oasis Wellness Spa and was very disappointed. There was absolutely no communication with me as a client – no greeting, no questions about my preferences, not even checking if I was comfortable. There was no relaxing music, the lighting was harsh and bright (no dimmed lights), and the massage table was uncomfortable. I could constantly hear water draining from the bathroom, which was anything but relaxing. Even worse, the staff in the next room were loudly playing games or watching videos on their phones with the sound on. I also did not receive the full 60 minutes of massage – it was significantly shorter. For €60, I expected much more. There was no atmosphere of relaxation or wellness at all. I will definitely not recommend this “wellness spa”. In my opinion, Hilton Garden Inn should seriously reconsider its cooperation with this spa. This kind of experience does not match the standard Hilton is known for and that I have come to expect from their hotels!

I recently treated myself to a massage at this Spa, and it was pure bliss! From the moment I walked in, the tranquil atmosphere instantly put me at ease. The staff were so friendly and professional, making me feel truly pampered throughout the session. The massage itself was just what I needed - the therapist's skillful hands worked wonders on my muscles, melting away all the tension. The attention to detail and personalized care really stood out, making the experience feel tailored just for me. Overall, Garden Oasis Wellness Spa exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I can't wait to go back for another soothing session soon!

Very good spa in Hilton garden inn hotel, i have stayed here a few times always decent and excellent spa, very friendly and relaxing massage

i went massage with my friend and we both had a good experience and will return well recommend
