9 months agoWe enjoyed a wonderful spa experience; the services and treatments were fantastic. The staff was very attentive. The Turkish bath was amazing—the scrub, foam massage, and the honey body mask afterward left me feeling renewed. Definitely a 10/10, highly recommended!

a year agoI’ve been to Conrad Spa few times and always it’s been a nice experience! Very polite staff who take care of you and show you everything. The spa is big you can enjoy sauna, steam and jacuzzi after the massage. I’ve tried moroccan bath and Turkish hammam also which was nice! Our massage therapists Ni Made and Iriana were amazing!

3 weeks agoDisappointing Experience – Not What You’d Expect from a 5-Star Hotel Spa I had a very disappointing experience at Conrad Spa Dubai. I visited with a friend for a couples massage, and the session was far from relaxing. My friend’s therapist was clearly inexperienced or unskilled, to the point that my own therapist had to switch with her halfway through the treatment. This disrupted the entire experience and felt highly unprofessional. The facilities were also below expectations: the recliner bed in the relaxation area was ripped, and the seat in the jacuzzi had broken tiles – completely unacceptable for a spa in a reputed luxury hotel. Overall, the service and environment fell far short of the standard one would expect. I would not recommend this spa.

a year agoThis is the best spa in Abu Dhabi. Me and mum enjoyed our Swedish and Hollistic massage with facial. Very tranquil and relaxing. Hospitality is excellent. A big thank you to Melissa, Zoey and Sangha who made our visit special. Look forward to coming back again!!!
