5 months agoI’ve been a regular in al Wasl branch for 5 years and will never consider a different salon for my nails. The quality and hospitality is unmatched. Coming in and being greeted by Emily and Diane truly makes my day. Loan, Mimi, Hana, Naomi, Krystal, Chonalyl, Thu, Elena are all so friendly and talented and make sure I have the most perfect nails🩷 Love coming here and would definitely recommend!

6 months agoHad a terrible experience with this salon. Did gel manicure 2 weeks ago. My nails master was impatient when I was trying to choose the color and when I asked for her help, she was rude. The color I chose they didn’t have like all the others I liked, so I was already upset and just went with something to get it done. Manicure technique was so old fashioned (she wetted my fingers with water before removing the cuticle), master was using her own nails without gloves to clean some nail polish from my nails… The whole experience was bad but what’s worse - almost all my nails now are broken because of thin layer and very bad quality materials. Definitely not recommended to go there unless you want to ruin your nails! Was my first and last time.

a year agoGülnar did such an amazing job with my hair transformation! I’ve always been scared to dye my hair and she talked me through the process, reassuring me through the process. I’m so happy and love the results!! She truly put her heart into it and it shows ❤️🏼 I highly recommend her!

a month agoI had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The service was extremely poor — the staff were incredibly slow and disorganized, and I ended up waiting much longer than necessary. On top of that, they were not cooperative or attentive to customer needs. It felt like they didn’t value my time or satisfaction at all. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place, and I won’t be coming back.

5 months agoI had an amazing experience. Michell did an incredible job with my nails—she was professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was perfect. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier. The salon has a great atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
