It's now been 8 months since my skin has been taken care of by Tups Skin Lounge. Every month I do my skin care treatments with them and with each treatment my skin became GLASS SKIN. I wouldn't change it for anything in the world. 감사합니다 🫰🏻

This is the number one place to go for your skin care needs! They are truly experts. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly every time i visit is great! The procedures are all safe and effective as well as non invasive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making each visit confortable and relaxing. Their acne treatments have done wonders on my skin!! If you need a skin care service for a reasonable price, reach out to them! They will get you taken care of.

I recently visited TUPS Skin Lounge Dubai and had a mixed experience. The lounge itself is beautifully designed, offering a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Their focus on Korean skincare techniques and personalized treatments is impressive, and the products they use feel high-quality. However, my experience with one of the employees, Yolo, was not as expected. While the service was professional, I felt that the level of customer care could have been improved. Personal attention and communication are key in a skincare lounge, and unfortunately, this aspect fell a bit short during my visit.

I recently visited TUPS for the second time. I believe my experience exceeded my expectations as it was exceptional and unlike any other place I've been to. TUPS is definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a unique and effective skincare experience. The experience began with a thorough skin analysis, during which the aestheticians assessed my skin type, tone, and any specific concerns or issues. What truly impressed me was the aesthetician's level of care and dedication to ensuring that I received the best possible treatment rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution. (Thanks a million to the aestheticians Sally, Hanna, and Yeon Woo for their expert guidance.) Overall, I can confidently say it was the best experience ever. The personalized treatments, knowledgeable aestheticians, and genuine care made it a standout experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch skincare services. I also highly recommend purchasing their products and following their instructions for flawless, glass skin results. It will take you only one visit to achieve the skin you've been dreaming of your whole life.

Booked a discovery session with Tups and did not get anything besides a skin consultation. While booking, there was not many openings so I booked 3 weeks out. I booked 2 appointments 7,8pm for my friend and I. The day of the appointment I kept getting messages to come earlier, and my friend coming at the same time. It was strange to keep getting these messages since I booked so far in advance. I got a sense they didn't want to be there late but was able to both arrive at 7pm. They have parking in their building which is to get to which is a plus. We started with the skin analysis, which took a few minutes. The person doing this seemed disinterested but and felt very rushed. After that we had someone come and explain the results. This was a very thorough analysis and the person who did this part was very well educated on everything skin in terms of products and breaking things down. This was the best part but after that we just sat asking for questions and then they let us leave. I was disappointed as I told my friend that we would be able to test out their products and hopefully incorporate their skincare into our routine, but none of that happened. It would also make sense to test your skin and then clean your face using their products to see the before and after, but that didn't happen. Before skin analysis and Skin consultation was the only thing was done. I would suggest that you call or talk to someone to there to confirm what to expect so you don't leave feeling that you didn't get the whole experience or that your time was wasted. Most of the products we could see in front of us were mostly empty, so I could only assume they ran out, but then they should either refund people's money or reschedule when they have everything. Overall, the skin consultation was a 10/10, but everything else out of that was very disappointing.
