2 weeks agoMy 10-day package with Mr. Kannan at Swasthya Ayurveda was a very good. I came in with significant shoulder pain and stiffness, and his professional massage therapy made a huge difference. He skillfully worked on key pressure points and provided me with valuable exercises to continue at home. I feel so much better and am grateful for his help in my recovery. I plan to continue with regular sessions to maintain my well-being.
