a month agoI had an amazing experience with Dr Hosin, I had very low eyebrows, and he lift them for me with a little botox only above the eyebrows and gave my eyes a beautiful more open shape. I am very grateful for choosing him to do this procedure for me and I thank him for his experience. I truly recommend him to everyone, and his reassuring personality will make you feel very at ease. a month agoThis is my second time visiting Dr. Hussain Shatat. I had Botox and RRS injections, and I'm really happy with the results — they gave a noticeable and positive effect on my face. I feel more refreshed and confident. Highly recommend!

3 months agoI had a microneedling treatment done at this clinic, and it resulted in burns on my skin and left me with permanent scarring. To make matters worse, the process of having a refund was extremely frustrating. Despite the damage being caused by their mistake, I was charged for the session, and they gave me a very difficult time when I requested a refund. I had to chase them for over three months, and each time I followed up, I was met with misleading information and false promises about the refund process—clearly hoping I would eventually give up and forget about it. Moreover, the receptionist demonstrated a lack of professionalism and is in serious need of proper training on how to communicate respectfully and effectively with clients. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional.
