I’m extremely disappointed with the way Skin Laundry DIFC handled my situation. I purchased a treatment package in December, but shortly after, I was diagnosed with a serious skin condition. On the advice of my dermatologist, I was instructed not to undergo any treatments. I’ve been dealing with this skin disease for months now, it’s been emotionally and physically distressing. I reached out to Skin Laundry to explain my medical situation and request a refund for the unused treatments, expecting at least some level of understanding and empathy. However, they were completely unwilling to offer any kind of flexibility. For a clinic that claims to care about skin health, this lack of compassion is shocking. I’m not asking for a favor just basic decency and consideration for a medical circumstance that is out of my control. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. If you ever find yourself in a difficult situation, don’t expect them to treat you with care or fairness.
