The yoga and meditation sessions were grounding and calming, the IV drips gave a nice wellness boost, and the meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — were not only delicious but nourishing. Day two’s hike was the perfect way to reconnect with nature and reflect on the experience. Every detail was handled with care, and I’m leaving feeling recharged, relaxed, and inspired. 4 months agoI did a retreat with ReMed in Hatta. It was my first retreat and it definitely set the standards high for my next ones. The team was absolutely amazing, extremely friendly, caring, and they pay attention to every detail. I cannot recommend them enough!
